The work is done for the most important technological phases of site equipment, economic comparison of cranes, financial and time evaluation of building, selection of main mechanisms and main part of the text dealing with the character of the building, its technical data, process of constructing the object and the overall treatise about building. Technological process is made for the technological phase of construction of assembled skeleton.
Implementation of the gross overhead construction of the Jemnice residential building
Pozler, Tomáš ; Kolečkářová, Barbara (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the gross overhead construction of the Jemnice residential building. The content of the thesis is the technological regulations for masonry and monolithic construction. It is complemented by a layout of used machinery, all material transport, a measurement report, a detailed timetable and a budget. The chapters dealing with the great demands on the quality of the building project and the safety during its construction are included in the thesis. There is technical report of the construction site equipment, including its drawing. An alternative design of the outline shell with thermal insulation is in a separate chapter. It compares the differences between price and time, complemented with a measurement report. The proposal is supported by relevant details.
A comprehensive technical economic analysis of an electric car and a hydrogen vehicle
Lašák, Ondřej ; Sitek, Tomáš (referee) ; Elbl, Patrik (advisor)
Modern human society has undergone rapid technological development, and, as a result, humanity has begun to change the climate of planet Earth. The result is rising average temperature across the planet and some areas are threatened to become uninhabitable. One of the causes of global warming is the high CO2 emissions arising, among other things, from transportation. That is why transport is being diverted from fossil fuels to alternative energy carriers such as hydrogen or to direct usage of electricity. The aim of this work is to compare a hydrogen car and a battery electric car in terms of emission and energy requirements. In the last part, the economic costs of the transformation of passenger transport to these new fuels are approximated. The comparison includes current conditions and outlook to the future.
Heating Technologies for Household Heating
Krakovič, Vojtěch ; Elbl, Patrik (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis presents and compares the current options for heating family houses. The first part introduces the available heating technologies and types of fuels, explains the principle of their operation, shows the advantages and disadvantages, and for which type of building each type is suitable. It will gradually introduce heating with solid fuels, gas and electricity, and continue to heat pumps and methods of obtaining solar energy. The second part introduces a model house for which a suitable heating method is being sought. Heat losses and annual heat demand are calculated. After a short discussion of suitable alternatives, two suitable options are chosen, for which the approximate initial and operating costs, as well as payback periods, are calculated. The following is a comparison and evaluation, after which we will find out the most economically suitable heating method for the model house.
Ekonomické srovnání semenářské produkce jetelovin a obilnin
Doležalová, Šárka
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Economic comparison of seed production of clovers and grains in selected company. The theoretical part summarizes the history of clover seedlings in the Czech Republic and the current situation in the field of clover seedlings. The current situation describes the development and current state of seed production of clovers in terms of size, cultivated species and yields. Furthermore, the situation in the Czech Republic and the situation abroad are evaluated. The thesis describes the technology of growing red clover, which belongs to our most important forage crops. Then, the benefits that clover cultivation brings to the enterprise include, for example, the use of red clover as forage because of mineral content and protein, soil fertility. The practical part is devoted to calculations of economic efficiency of clover and grains from the data of the selected company. The SWOT analysis summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of growing clover.

Power production in cogeneration units
Šaroun, Josef ; Vašek,, Vladimír (referee) ; Caha, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the technical-economic evaluation of the advantages of combined pruduction of electrical and thermal energy, depending on the current offer price of feed, bonuses and allowances.. There are described co-generational technologies and used for units with performance up to 500 kWe. There are discussed in detail cogeneration units based on reciprocating internal combustion engines. The thesis contents evaluation of various modes of operation of co-generation unit, depanding on the results is chosen the most suitable mode. Daily yield was calculated in relation with prices paid for commodities and service. Co-generational contribution were considered as well as contribution for decentralized production of electricity. From the operational and economical point of view the most effective mode of running the co-generation unit is 12 hours mode. The economical evaluation of input was made. If the operational mode of the unit would follow the suggested mode, the financial return of input would be in two years. With the correct operation the co-generation unit would generate the income about 21,8 mil. CZK.
